COVID-19 Shipping Delay Notice 

Covid-19 has presented us with unique challenges, but we're determined to continue supporting our customers while keeping our employees safe. We believe that especially now, during this period of uncertainty, it's important to remain a brand that you can rely on. Due to the effects of the closures caused by Covid-19, we are seeing delays in fufillment and ship times.  Please allow extra time for shipping and delivery.  We appreciate your understanding.

 Canadian customers should be aware that they will bear responsibility for any duty or custom fees charged as a result of their order being sent. Apothecarry is not responsible for any duty or custom fees levied on international shipment. 

                                         Shipping Policy


Apothecarry offers a variety of shipping options including Flat Rate and Expedited services. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment. Orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or oustide of the United States are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.  We ship 5 days a week, and do not ship weekends. 

Delivery estimates are calculated by the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen.  Please add 2-5 days for processing and handling. Please note we are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.

Please note: expedited shipping times account for the time your package will spend in transit and do not include the time needed for fulfillment and processing.

Orders Outside the USA

Get Your Order Faster

You can choose a faster shipping option (Ground, Priority, 3 Day, Overnight*) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping**. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the processing time, but estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).

To check the status of your order, log in to your Apothecarry account, or track the package directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number we sent you at the time the shipment was made.
